Mexico Mortgage Marketplace, S. de R. L. de C. V. is not a lender or mortgage broker. Mexico Mortgage Marketplace, S. de R. L. de C. V. does not offer, extend or otherwise fund loans or have any involvement whatsoever regarding credit decisions and/or credit worthiness of a loan applicant "matched" through the MMM web site in connection with loans.

Mexico Mortgage Marketplace, S. de R. L. de C. V. is also not an agent of either you, the site User also know generally as the consumer. In addition, Mexico Mortgage Marketplace, S. de R. L. de C. V. is not the agent of any participating Lending Source including any participating bank, lender or mortgage loan broker ("Lending Sources"). Mexico Mortgage Marketplace, S. de R. L. de C. V. services are matchmaking only and are originated by information provided by, and requests made by you, the site User.
